Meditation and Breath Work Practices

Learn how to utilize meditation and breathing to focus intention, develop better self-awareness, and implement effective self-management techniques to get more from each day.

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique such as mindfulness or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness, and to achieve mental and emotional clarity.  Meditation is often referred to as “spiritual journeying.”  In meditation sessions, I act as a meditative guide, facilitating a spiritual journey for the client.  Each journey is guided by the specific needs of the individual client.

Meditation is beneficial for:

  • Improving Mood and reducing depression
  • Managing stress and anxiety
  • Improving memory
  • Enhancing cognitive performance
  • Improving sleep
  • Maintaining sobriety and managing addictions
  • Improving overall health, including weight management
 
Meditation sessions are effective in person, via phone, or via video conferencing.  A meditation session last for one hour.
