Are you feeling "stuck" in your life?

Do you seem to make the same mistakes or choices over and over, even though it’s not really what you want in your life?

Do you often feel extreme emotions but can’t seem to identify the reason for the emotions?

Do you have goals, but seem to never be able to reach them? Do you struggle seeing your future?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then my services could be helpful to you.

What does Living MindFully Aware mean?

Living MindFully Aware is a simple concept.  It is a method of being more IN your life as opposed to feeling as though you’re watching your life being lived.  We spend so much time worrying about the future or lamenting the past, that we often miss the present.  How do we change this?

Planning to be present, Living MindFully Aware, is a simple concept, but it is not an easy change to make in your life.  That’s where I come in.  I can help

Gratitude will change the world.

Written Word

Several folks have asked me about the name of my practice – MindFully Aware. Here’s my answer. The term “mindfulness” has become so commonplace that it has lost some of its meaning and impact. The term “awareness” has taken the place of mindfulness in many contexts because it carries more of an impact since it isn’t used as much. But guess what….as it is used over and over, it will also become commonplace. Therefore, I chose to use Mindfully Aware and just embrace the entire concept.

Living MindFully Aware is an incredibly important part of a healthy lifestyle.

As part of my lifestyle, I embrace being mindful in my daily life. I take part in a daily inventory to ground myself and being grateful for each day that I am alive. I have created an area to take down my “Written Word” that has helped me to focus on mindful-based topics. This is a great journeying exercise to focus on parts of my life to keep me grounded and present. I share my Written Word with you to potentially guide you to learn these skills on your journey to become more mindfully aware. Thank you for taking this journey with me.
