Shamanic Healing

Utilizing ancient healing techniques of indigenous cultures via each individual’s energetic field and chakra system. This modality is effective for a wide variety of mental, emotional, and physical challenges.

Shamanic Healing
Shamanism is an ancient collection of traditions based on the act of voluntarily accessing and connecting to the non-ordinary states for wisdom and healing.  It is the most ancient healing practice known to man, dating back over 100,000 years.  The word shaman comes from the Siberian Tungus tribe and means “spiritual healer” or “one who sees in the dark.”

  • A shaman is able to voluntarily enter altered states of consciousness and maintain full control while maneuvering in and out of those states. This is also known as meditative journeying.
  • A shaman is a mediator between the worlds, being able to articulate the needs and wisdom of the spirit world to the physical world and vice-versa.
  • A shaman is able to create and maintain balance among humankind, nature, and the spirit realm.
Shamanic Healing is an effective modality for achieving balance in the energy field, while also releasing ideas, beliefs, experiences, and habits that are no longer serving the individual.  Traumatic events can be transformed on the energetic level with very little discussion or processing in the analytic brain.

As a Shamanic Healer, I provide the opportunity, guidance, and container for each client to release that which is no longer serving while welcoming in the gifts of the universe which may not be visible on the literal plane.  During a session, the client focuses on meditative breathing, while I, as the Shamanic Healer, find those things that are ready to be shifted, released, and transformed.  Clients wake refreshed and energized, experiencing new beliefs and deeper awareness of self and the world.

Shamanic Healing sessions are 1 to 1.5 hours in length.  This work can be done in person, via phone, or via video conferencing.
